Establish government-subsidized DATRCs and expand access to community-based interventions

Medium Term Outcome: Communities have access to appropriate and responsive community-based drug abuse interventions and aftercare at the barangay/municipal levels.

  • Percentage of municipalities with functional MADAC
  • Percentage of cities with functional CADAC
  • Percentage of provinces with functional PADAC
  • Percentage of regions with at least one (1) established and operational government-owned treatment and rehabilitation centers

  • Integration of DILG drug programs and policies in the Seal of Good Governance Award
  • Number of faith-based organizations, foundations, civil society organizations and non-government organizations engaged in drug use prevention and control
  • Percentage of provinces/barangays/municipalities/cities with community-based treatment and rehabilitation program
  • Percentage of cities/municipalities with operational Balay Silangan facilities
  • Percentage of Provinces with an established Project Sagip Batang Solvent Pilot Facility
  • Percentage of Community-based Drug Programs and Aftercare Programs
  • Total amount allocated annually for government operated residential treatment and rehabilitation centers
  • Accreditation system for rehabilitation program service providers established
  • Percentage of DOH accredited government and private treatment facilities with at least one staff who completed program on drug prevention and treatment

Substance Use Help Line for Persons Who Use Drugs (PWUDs) and at-risk individuals established

Medium Term Outcome: Capacity of Policy makers and Preventive Drug Education Practitioners is strengthened
